Perimeter detection systems are crucial for enhancing the security of private villas. Our partner in Greece was asked by his customer to help him solve the security of his villa house in Thessaloniki. In addition to CCTV and a burglar alarm, a fence detection system was recommended. This system should provide early warning of potential intrusions, allowing security personnel to respond quickly and prevent unauthorized access.
The PERIDECT+ system by SIEZA is used as a perimeter protection system to protect critical infrastructure, including gas facilities in Poland. The PERIDECT+ secures many gas facilities that are key in terms of transportation and storage. The main parameters of the system that contributed to the decision for its use were the stability of operation in adverse external conditions and the very high efficiency of the system in eliminating false alarms.

Thermal power station located on an island in the southernmost part of Korea is installed in a place where the strongest winds and high waves in Korea often occur. In view of the fact that the fence is installed very close to the sea, the fence is often wet from the sea water due to high waves. A critical requirement was the reliability of the system’s detection even in case of occasional immersion in seawater.
Myeongdong water treatment plant is one of the water purification facilities designed to provide a stable and continuous supply of clean water to the citizens of Gimhae City in Korea. When choosing the detection system, they focused on reliable detection, elimination of false alarms and simple and quick replacement of damaged parts. Simple construction with no moving components makes Peridect very reliable.
NCC is one of the leading construction companies in the Nordics. NCC builds schools, hospitals, roads, bridges, houses, offices and a lot more. In one of the storage facilities, fuel, work tools and even work machines were regularly stolen. Protection using only cameras was insufficient, so the customer decided on a combination of fence detection and CCTV. The main requirement was integration with the existing CCTV system from Partizan.

The group has branches throughout the country and represents some of the most recognized car brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Smart, Peugeot, Citroën and Honda. PERIDECT+ protects one of the showrooms in Odensee. One of the key requirements was to reduce the number of thefts of automotive components such as precious metals from catalysts. The previous system based on thermal cameras and an electric fence was not reliable and had a large number of nuisance alarms. Other requirements were redundancy and integration with the existing camera system.
The 440 kV and 225 kV HV substations Henri-Paul are located in the village of Écuisses. The whole area is fenced and protected by Peridect. Invisible detection was one of the mandatory requirements of RTE, the operator of this substation. Great emphasis was put on elimination of nuisance alarms in conditions of close high-voltage transmission lines and high-speed TGV trains running close to the fence. Another requirement was integration with a camera system.
PERIDECT+ protects two data centres in Hungary. It is a perimeter protection of strategic importance. Sieza was asked to replace a dysfunctional competitive system that showed a huge amount of false alarms. During the technical inspection of the installation site we found that the fence consists of massive steel plates, which are often whipped by gusts of wind. It primarily caused all false alarms.
